Ilija Rudman - Dance Disorder
You know you are doing something right when Greg Wilson comes knocking at your door for some disco-edit action. Such is the life now for Croation Nu-disco gem Ilija Rudman.
After a series of releases on labels Rong, Infant and Deep Freeze we were pleased to get some tracks from Ilija last summer. We loved Disco Disorder, signed it and then promptly asked our studio neighbours Faze Action on the mix.
We were thrilled to hear their synth-bass, low slung and sleazy mix, with a dose of their trademark strings (of course). This sits snuggly with Ilija's original which mixes in real bass and guitar with his analog heavy funk-laden grooves.
